For those with previous Kambo experience who feel called to develop a direct relationship with the medicine, this self-serve training offers the knowledge and guidance to safely sit in personal ceremony without a practitioner present.

A Guided Nature Walk & Meditation 🌿

Join us on a guided walk and meditation and witness the lush green life all around us!

On this walk you will be gently guided through a series of sensory, creative and physical activities, designed to slow you down, relax into the calm of the forest and to connect with your nature.

Forest Mediation is guided immersion in nature which aims to tap into the healing benefits of the forest.

Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing or Forest Meditation is an evidence based technique that practices slowing down in nature, connecting with the breath and the senses. This practice nourishes the nervous system, reduces stress and boosts the immune system.

Come experience the benefits yourself!

This is a two hour guided walking experience. Moderate fitness levels are required. The trail is a gentle terrain, with some small hills.

The intention is to slow down and connect. There is no goal, no destination; this is not a hiking group.

This walk is for you if:

This is my final photo in my Maiden phase. The transition is imminent, unfolding as soon as baby decides it’s time.

I see the transition from Maidenhood to Motherhood as a sacred rite of passage—a profound shift that touches every layer of my being. A process of embracing a deeper sense of purpose, and embodying the sacred responsibility of nurturing life.

As I prepare to welcome this little soul earthside, I honor the Maiden within me—the free-spirited, curious part of me who danced through life with lightness.

I know I will have moments of longing for the carefree days of Maidenhood.

But Motherhood is calling me now, and with it comes a new rhythm. I see the immense gift awaiting me. This transition feels like stepping into my sacred purpose—my work here on earth—to nurture and raise the next generation.

The greatest compliment I’ve ever received came from my partner, who lovingly dubbed me “babyzilla”—a playful twist on bridezilla.

After every midwife appointment, I dive into research and discuss the choices we need to make. On this particular day, the topic was pharmaceuticals—a topic that brings up some challenging feelings for me—and my intensity was showing.

When I asked him about my new nickname, he reflected: “If every bridezilla cared this much about her birth experience and how we welcome souls into this world, imagine how different things would be.”

It struck me deeply. I may never be a bridezilla; I’d happily exchange vows in an intimate, detail-free ceremony. But when it comes to birth, every detail matters.

I care about questioning everything presented to me while remaining open to the wisdom of the incredible Wise Women supporting me on this journey. I’ve been tuning into my body and what feels right for me in creating a sacred, informed space for welcoming life. ❤️

I was reunited with my drum after a year apart. It felt like reconnecting with an old friend, one whose voice I hadn’t heard in far too long.

I often see my clients many times over the years, having the opportunity to develop deep relationships with those called to work with me.

Costa Rica was the opposite experience, keeping me on my toes. The nomadic vibe had those passing by knocking at my door.

🌟 Some were already on their path, fully embodied light workers tuning themselves to crystal clear.

🌿 Many were drawn to Kambo to address deep-seated physical or emotional blockages. Peeling back layers and bringing them closer to wholeness.

🐸 Others were Curious Souls who showed up with little knowledge of what to expect. They may not have a specific intention but were open to whatever the medicine revealed.

Yesterday I held my final ceremony on Costa Rican soil and was joined by an incredible mother-daughter duo - the Maiden, Mother and Crown archetypes were all present to share wisdom and space. So special for me! ✨

Serving on this sacred land alongside the ocean has been a true privilege. She acted as a natural smudge, supporting those going through ceremony to cleanse and release what the medicine moved.

These past 9 months have been a Wilde journey. I’ve been kissed by the sunshine, explored diverse microclimates, met amazing travelers, held space in circle, and served a lot of kambo! 🐸

Next week, I’m moving back to Canada. Bringing with me new gifts and experiences to share. I can’t wait to embrace this next chapter.

I never thought I could run my own business. Instead, I worked my butt off for a major corporation. Managing multi-million dollar budgets, traveling internationally, presenting to stakeholders, meticulously planning every detail of our projects. 📈📆🗄️📎📋📊💻

For some reason, I didn’t think I could do these tasks for myself. I was conditioned to play it safe, I had no mentors, and was conditioned into thinking it was somehow selfish to choose myself and the divine blueprint for my soul.

Starting my soul-business has been incredibly healing for me. I unlearned all those conditioned beliefs. I began putting myself out there in ways I never dreamed of.

Many told me I would fail, I’m thriving!

And I’m always seeking new projects and businesses to pour myself into. Entrepreneurship has become a major part of my healing journey, and I’ll continue to experiment and launch new offerings.

One aspect of this journey I did not expect is that I find myself mentoring new entrepreneurs looking to launch their soul-businesses and find their voice. I help them share their gifts and the divine blueprint of their souls with the world.

I have the business operational sense, I set them up, we brainstorm, we blue-sky think and we land on manageable steps to implement. This doesn’t need to look bold or wild—just relatable steps, one more each day.

Whether it’s before, during, or after a ceremony, there are times when taking photos just isn’t appropriate. It can disrupt the healing process, acting as a distraction.

Some believe that snapping a picture can trap the soul of the moment or capture the essence of the ceremony, hindering its full release.
